Steel Casting Company of Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd.

Dalian Huarui Casting Co., Ltd. is a sub-company of Dalian heavy industry steel casting Joint-Stock co., ltd. It is located in west suburban of Wafangdian and covers an area of 560,000 square meters. Main products: ductile iron for wind power, high-grade ductile iron as well as copper propeller.

Annual output of ductile iron is 120 000 tons, 60 000 tons of which is for wind power and the other 60 000 tons are high-grade ductile iron, such as cylinder, marine engine block. The output in 2010 is 40 000 tons.

The foundry workshop covers an area of 49620 square meters (180 meters × 270meters), the highest point of which is 20.87 meters high. The crane rail is 12 meters and it is capable of lifting 125 tons.

There are two molding production lines made by Italy IMF, two 40t/h resin-sand regeneration systems, four sets of 30-ton intermediate frequency furnace, two sets of 15-ton intermediate frequency furnace made by Inductotherm USA; 8m*7m heat-treatment furnace; 50-ton rotatable shot blasting machine and 32-ton lifting hook shot blasting machine and so on. There are also 6 pouring pits with 84m long, 13m across, 4m depth. Max pouring capacity is 180 ton each time. In second phase, it will be extended by 120 meters in the north. The gross area of the project will be 81 000 square meters.

Machining workshop is 369m long (form east to west), 30m across. The building area is 11,070 square meters. There are more than 20 sets of advanced NC machining tools. 

At present, DHHI have built stable relationship with Vestas, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Nordex, Sinovel wind, Guangdong Mingyang wind, Shenyang Blower works, Shenyang Yuanda, Dongfang Steam Turbine, SANY Electric, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, CASC-EWT, and Shanghai Electric.
